How to File a DMCA Notice

Your notice must contain the following details:

1. Your contact information
   Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work
   Describe the material you own. A list is acceptable if multiple works are affected.
3. Location of infringing content
   Provide the exact URL(s) on bigclittube where the infringing content appears.
4. Good faith statement
   A declaration that you believe the use of the work is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy declaration
   A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A typed name, electronic, or physical signature will be accepted.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your full contact details.
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location on bigclittube.
3. A sworn statement that the takedown was an error or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where bigclittube operates) and acceptance of service from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be reinstated within 10 business days unless we are informed that legal proceedings have been filed.

Repeat Violations

Accounts belonging to users who repeatedly post infringing material may be suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed without notice.

False Claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability for damages and attorney fees. If you are uncertain about your rights, please consult with an attorney before proceeding.
